Dear Patients,

PLEASE NOTE:

Important notice for patients: if you have an active herpes outbreak, please contact the practice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm if you can attend and if a treatment can be performed.

As part of  New Patient Registration process, please bring a valid photo ID with you when attending your first appointment. Documents accepted:

• Passport
• Driving License
• Photo ID

Please ensure to arrive on time for your appointment. Patients who are 10 minutes late or more for their appointment may be asked to reschedule, as their treatment may not be possible within the allocated time, causing disruption to the day's schedule.  If we are not able to accommodate you, the deposit will be non-refundable. 

A deposit of £50 (depending on the length of your booking) is required for all  appointmens with general dentist. A deposit of £100 is required for all appointments lasting one hour or longer;  If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, then you should tell us as soon as possible and no later than:

• 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time

If you failed to cancel, missed or late cancelled the appointment the deposit is non-refundable and other patients are deprived from the care that could have been available to them.
