Cancellation Policy
 
Poldent Dental Care operates ‘48hrs notice’ appointment cancellation policy.  To cancel an appointment, please contact our reception team. If you fail to cancel, miss, or late cancel the appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable.
 
Please note there is a 7 days cancellation policy for orthodontic appointments such as Full assessment, Bond up & De - bond.   If you fail to cancel, miss, or late cancel the appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable.
 
 
Poldent Dental Care reserves the right to cancel an appointment if  a patient fails to respond to reminder messages, and to offer it to patients awaiting emergency appointments.
 
Poldent Dental Care reserves the right to charge non-refundable deposits (of up to £50 per appointment) in advance to secure the booking. Please refer to specialist price lists for full T&Cs.  To cancel an appointment, please contact our reception team. If you fail to cancel, miss, or late cancel the appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable. Deposit will be returned only if the patient keeps an appointment and adheres to all policies. 
 
Deposits can be made in cash or card payments only.
 
After three (3) missed appointments, the practice may at its discretion choose to discontinue your care.
 
 
Late to Appointment Policy
 
Poldent Dental Care reserves the right to reschedule any appointments without notice in case a patient is late 5 minutes or more. If you are an established patient and you are 5 minutes late or more to your appointment you will likely be asked to rescheduled, unless the schedule can still accommodate you. Priority will be given to the patients who arrive on time and you may have to be worked in between them.  This may mean you will have a considerable wait. If this is not convenient for you, you may choose to reschedule.
